Feeney Wireless, a wireless systems integrator, is recognized for its work in providing mobile data technology for the digital community. Feeney’s Cellular Internet Routing Appliance (CIRA), a rugged cellular Wi-Fi router, is used to provide a wireless communication gateway connecting vital components within the taxi environment. The CIRA connects CMT’s host servers to the Passenger Information Monitor (PIM), allowing remote credit card transactions and continuous data transmissions. Remote management capabilities include over-the-air updates, access to real-time device status and health, and monitoring of network connectivity.
